About Us

The Aventine Properties Story

Aventine Properties started out helping Suffolk and Nassau homeowners in 2003. Case by case, it became clear that the average homeowner was not aware that they could fight an unfair assessment. After having done very successful grievances in Suffolk and Nassau, they expanded to the north and today they are helping homeowners in a dozen New York State counties: Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Greene, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester.
